SuperStar Virgo Travel Cruise 15th – 17th Jan 2010 Day 3

SuperStar Virgo Travel Cruise Day 3

It would be time to disembark from this holiday cruise ship SuperStar Virgo in a few hours. Travel cruise is always relaxing and a time to de-stress and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, especially for those who love gambling and have fond memories of this casino ship.

Before going for breakfast, we managed to snap some great sunrise images with the ocean in the foreground as well as clouds image from the balcony of our cabin.

Breakfast today saw us at Bella Vista Restaurant, a food establishment serving both Chinese and Western cuisine. As usual, we sat at the Western section and had a choice of Asian breakfast from the set menu, which was nasi lemak (coconut rice). At the same time you could help yourself from the buffet section where the fruits, bread, salad and cereals were. As we were having our breakfast, we could see that the holiday cruise ship was starting to move into the Singapore harbour.

Since we had last experienced that all wheelchair passengers were pushed out last by the Star Cruise staff, we decided to wheel Mother in her wheelchair ourselves. Thus, we proceeded to the lobby to wait. There we could spot more passengers on wheelchairs.

Unfortunately for us, passengers on wheelchairs were only allowed to disembark last, causing the rest of the group to wait for us at the Singapore HarbourFront Cruise Centre. By the time we disembarked, it was almost 12 noon.

The SuperStar Virgo is a great holiday cruise ship for your travel cruise. However, most of the passengers on board are there for the casino and if you are not fussy about the food, you can have your fill and eat up to 6 times a day. If you have a cabin with a balcony, you can also snap great sunset or sunrise images. If not, then you will need to go to the open deck to get your pictures.
