Repulse Bay is a beautiful beach located in the south of Hong Kong Island.  Known as the Shallow Water Bay, Repulse Bay Beach has a long and broad golden soft sandy beach (brought in from elsewhere) and makes for a very spectacular bay.

Repulse Bay is one of the most expensive and luxurious residential area in Hong Kong and Staney Ho, one of the wealthiest in Asia, owns a few properties in this area.

Today, Repulse Bay is one of the top ten Hong Kong tourist attractions and attracts millions of foreign and local tourists with its luxurious hotels, high-rise residential properties as well as elegant restaurants, bars and cafes.


At the end of the Repulse Bay beach is the Tin Hau Temple.  An interesting place with the various statues of Chinese Gods.
