The view from Victoria Peak mid level Stubbs Road Lookout is narrower than from the Peak, but you can see the buildings clearly.
For those who would like to visit the upper levels of Victoria Peak, the Peak Tramway, a funicular railway in Hong Kong, provides the most direct route and offers wonderful views of the harbour and skyscrapers of Hong Kong.
