The Banjaran HotSpring Retreat - Dr Fish

This unusual way of allowing the garra rufa fish to eat away the dead skin cells is supposed to have originated from Turkey and becoming more and more popular in this part of the world.

The garra rufa therapy is said to alleviate psoriasis and is beneficial for scrubbing away dead skin cells, thus allowing the skin to be rejuvenated.

If you like a gentle foot massage, you should try this although it can be a little ticklish and not for the overly sensitive.
