Paris Gare Du Nord Station |
On this second last day of our Europe vacation package, we boarded the eurostar rail at Paris Gare du Nord station, one of Europe's busiest railway station, for a 3 hour journey to London. Completed in 1864, the station complex handles 190 million of travelers every year.

Holiday Travel Tips:-
As Eurostar has very limited luggage storage space for big and heavy baggage, we were glad to have listened to our tour manager to make use of the porter service at the station even though there was a charge of 5 GBP per way for the service. So if you wish to have a more comfortable ride, it is best to have the porter handle your luggage.

After a smooth three hours, we arrived at St Pancras London central railway station, now known as St Pancras International. Opened in 1868 and renovated during the 2000s, the St Pancras Station London has a majestic Victorian architecture and is a short walk to King's Cross station which is now made popular for its platform 9 3/4 in the book Harry Potter by JK Rowling. Also fondly known as platform 9 3/4 King's Cross, this is the perfect opportunity for Harry Potter's fans to pretend that they are on their way to Hogwarts.
